The following projects are currently some of our undergoing designs throughout the various phases of construction throughout the South Florida Area.
Peacock Residence - Siesta Key, FL
This modern farmhouse was designed with ample sized rooms and includes 3 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. With the master suite on the ground floor and bedrooms with a bonus room on the second floor, we tried to make this appealing to a wide range of families and the space over the garage can be set up as a home office space, game room for the teens to entertain or a guest room where the grandparents can visit. The kitchen and living room opens out to the outdoor space with an outdoor kitchen and pool area that really makes the home feel larger than it is.
Lot 104 @ The Preserves - Longboat Key, FL
This project consisted of a three-story duplex with a garage on the first floor, two levels of living units and a pool on the fourth floor. Each unit has three bedrooms, kitchen, dining and great room. There is a central elevator and stairs that service all floors, located at the front of the building to take advantage of the gulf views at the rear of the building.
